Shipping Policy
You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, shortly after a submitted order. Fully paid orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during standard business days between Monday to Friday.
We will attempt to send your goods to the nominated destination via Australia Post; however, if goods are unavailable, we will notify you by email with the revised delivery date or offer a full refund. Root Health Pty Ltd endeavours to keep stock details up to date and maintain our warehouse inventory but we cannot always guarantee the availability, as we are dependent on our suppliers.
The estimated delivery time for Standand Parcel Post is between 2-6 business days. Next business day delivery is offered via Express Post only if your area is within the Express Post network. The delivery service is under the terms and conditions of Australia Post. Please check the delivery time and coverage under the Australia Post website.

Refund and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info[@]roothealth.com.au within the timeframe so that we can resolve any issues.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or accidentally broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Root Health Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
